Nadezhda “Nadia” Liberg is an immigration and personal injury lawyer and the founder of Liberg & Associates, P.C.
After obtaining her J.D. equivalent law degree at Pacific National University in Eastern Europe, Nadia attended St. John’s University School of Law in New York where she graduated with an L.L.M Degree. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Missouri. National practice limited to Immigration & Nationality law. Permitted by Federal Regulations at 8 CFR s.292.1(a)(1) to represent clients in Immigration and Naturalization Law matters in all 50 States and world-wide.
Nadia focuses her legal practice on helping individuals, families, working professionals, persons with extraordinary abilities, entrepreneurs, and investors to obtain visas, green cards, and citizenship to the United States. She also represents US employers sponsoring foreign workers for temporary visas or lawful permanent residence.
As a first generation immigrant herself, Nadia is passionate about helping her clients from all over the world in their journey to realizing the American Dream. She saw the struggle most immigrants face without lawful immigration status and the need for strong attorney to help families and individuals to navigate the complexity of Immigration Law.
In addition, she helps injured clients to recover compensation they deserve. She remains mindful that a car accident is often a life changing event. She understands how the accident can affected a person in ways unique to their circumstances. Prior to opening her own firm, she worked with some of the best personal injury attorneys and gained a great experience handling personal injury cases such as car accidents, slip and fall incidents, and dog bite incidents.
Her fluency in Russian and English allows her to work nationally and internationally in law related fields including Immigration Law.
