UNITING FOR UKRAINE

Uniting for Ukraine provides a pathway for Ukrainian citizens and their immediate family members who are outside the United States to come to the United States and stay temporarily in a 2-year period of parole. To qualify, Ukrainians must have a U.S. supporter who commits to providing financial assistance throughout their stay. The process begins with the supporter submitting Form I-134A to USCIS, detailing both the supporter’s and the Ukrainian beneficiary’s information. Eligible Ukrainian citizens and their immediate family members can then travel directly to the United States and apply for parole at a port of entry.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must have resided in Ukraine prior to the Russian invasion and been displaced.
  • Must hold a valid Ukrainian passport or be an immediate family member of a Ukrainian citizen applying through Uniting for Ukraine.
  • Must have a confirmed Form I-134A filed by their supporter.
  • Must fulfill vaccination and health requirements.
  • Must pass biometric and security checks.
